Ebooks are digital purchases. Review the product delivery notice before placing an order. If a PDF file has not yet been attached, an immediate download is not available.

Missing files, incorrect charges, or access problems

Contact support@accuentia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If you cannot access the purchased file, received the wrong resource, or were charged incorrectly, we will review the order and help resolve it. If we cannot provide the purchased resource, you may request cancellation and a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider; processing time depends on the provider and your bank.

Professional services

Bookkeeping services are arranged separately. Fees, cancellation, and any refund provisions are set out in the individual service agreement.
